Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and help us deliver outstanding events that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
• Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure event services such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and entertainment.
• Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Manage onsite event logistics, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful events.
