Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from conception through completion. This position requires someone with exceptional communication and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from start to finish.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
  • Manage vendor relations including negotiation and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
