Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document and track customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
