Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and update front desk logs, visitor records, and other administrative documents.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
