Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to deliver outstanding experiences. This position requires a blend of creativity, excellent communication skills, and strong logistical capabilities to oversee events from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define event requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure seamless operations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues, suppliers, and service providers.
- Oversee onsite event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth event flow.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle vendor relationships.
