Responsibilities

• Assist the senior account team with daily client communications to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update accurate client records and sales documentation within the CRM system.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to present to clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and project deadlines.
• Help monitor client accounts for billing and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
