Job Description :We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain patient and professional in challenging situations.
  • Proficient with customer service software, databases, and tools.
