Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our organization with professionalism and warmth. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance as needed
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls accurately and promptly
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries ensuring timely distribution

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
