We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other office documents as needed.
- Assist in maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Provide support to other departments as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
