Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our organization's public image. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in media communications, possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills, and be adept at crafting persuasive messages that resonate with diverse audiences. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
• Maintain and build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
• Coordinate and assist in organizing press conferences, events, and public appearances
• Monitor media coverage and report on public perception and engagement
• Assist in managing and updating social media accounts with engaging content
• Support senior PR staff in crisis communication and reputation management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and comfortable interacting with media professionals
• Experience with social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
