Job Description
Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from planning through completion
Support logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Maintain event timelines, schedules, and task tracking
Provide administrative support related to event planning and reporting
Ensure brand standards and quality expectations are consistently met
