Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support our client service operations. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily account activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
Monitor account performance and assist in resolving service-related inquiries
Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for assigned accounts
Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth transitions
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
Qualifications
