Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support our account management and executive teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination between clients and internal departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts and relationships
Coordinate communication between executives, clients, and internal teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation
Monitor account performance and track key metrics
Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Ensure accuracy and organization of client records and data
Provide administrative support to executive leadership as needed
