Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion efforts.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present company services clearly and effectively to align with client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and account development
Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records of business interactions
Contribute to overall sales and growth strategies
