Elevare Branding is seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring clear communication, strong partnerships, and a positive client experience throughout every stage of engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, updates, and general support regarding services and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.

  • Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality client experiences.
