Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to support our client services team in Atlanta. In this role, you will assist with account coordination, maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients, and ensure that projects and service requests are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and motivated to contribute to a fast-paced environment while supporting the success of client accounts and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist account managers with daily client service operations and project coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account updates

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and client documentation

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Monitor account activity and provide administrative support for ongoing projects

  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure a professional and helpful experience

  • Help maintain organized workflows and ensure deadlines are met
