Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting client interactions and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to delivering excellent service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the customer service team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and processes

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients in person, by phone, and via email

  • Support the customer service team in managing client requests and follow-ups

  • Document customer interactions and update internal records as needed

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs

  • Help maintain a positive and professional experience for all clients

  • Contribute to maintaining organized customer service workflows and administrative tasks
