Position Overview

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
