Position Overview
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
