Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Account Representative to join our team and serve as a vital point of contact for our esteemed clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and providing support as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify and understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services that enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client engagement, and opportunities for further development.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
