Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar sales role with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
