Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a Service Account Coordinator to support our client service operations and ensure a seamless experience for our partners. This role involves coordinating account activities, maintaining communication between internal teams and clients, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality service solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities related to client service accounts and internal projects

  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and service updates

  • Monitor account progress and ensure timelines and service standards are met

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details

  • Support the client services team with administrative and operational tasks

  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client experience
