Job Description
Elevare Branding is seeking a Service Account Coordinator to support our client service operations and ensure a seamless experience for our partners. This role involves coordinating account activities, maintaining communication between internal teams and clients, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality service solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities related to client service accounts and internal projects
Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams
Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and service updates
Monitor account progress and ensure timelines and service standards are met
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details
Support the client services team with administrative and operational tasks
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and client experience
