Job Description

The Public Relations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic communication plans. This position involves coordinating media materials, assisting with campaign implementation, maintaining brand messaging consistency, and contributing to the overall public image of the organization.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about effective communication and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of press materials and communication briefs

  • Support the coordination of public relations campaigns and promotional initiatives

  • Maintain media contact lists and internal communication records

  • Draft and edit written content including press releases, statements, and reports

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance summaries

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across initiatives

  • Provide administrative support for public relations projects and events
