Job Description
As a Service Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting account management operations and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in maintaining and servicing client accounts
Prepare and organize account documentation, reports, and service updates
Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
Monitor account activity to ensure timely service execution
Maintain accurate client records and internal databases
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and service confirmations
