Job Description

The Leadership Development Trainee program is designed to prepare high-potential individuals for leadership roles within Dinamic AS Group. This structured training program provides hands-on exposure to operations, team coordination, business strategy, and performance management.

The selected candidate will rotate through key departments, participate in leadership workshops, and work closely with senior managers to develop the skills necessary to oversee teams and drive business objectives.
