Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts, ensure service excellence, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for client accounts

  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and supporting implementation processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Provide administrative and operational support to account management teams

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and service protocols
