Job Description
The Service Technician Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily technical operations. This position works closely with senior technicians to ensure service tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and eager to develop technical skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist service technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs
Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for service calls
Support troubleshooting and diagnostic processes
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Provide professional support during client interactions when required
Follow company procedures and operational guidelines
