Job Description
Lumina Agency INC is seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive-level support. Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and organizational support to leadership
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
Organize documents, maintain filing systems, and ensure operational efficiency
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on assigned tasks
Support daily office operations to ensure seamless workflow
