Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Louisville team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to build a strong foundation in client relations, account management, and strategic execution.
The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior team members to support client accounts, maintain strong professional relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and services.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining assigned client accounts
Support the development and execution of client strategies
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates
Identify opportunities for account growth and client retention
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
