Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact between Park 6 Logistic and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate account management, and consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and professionalism
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams
Monitor shipments, orders, and service requests to ensure timely fulfillment
Address client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
Prepare reports, account updates, and performance summaries
Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination
Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions
