Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Los Angeles team. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into management and leadership positions. As a trainee, you will participate in a structured development program that provides hands-on experience across core business functions, team coordination, and performance strategy.
You will work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to operational planning, and build the foundational skills required to guide teams and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program
Assist in coordinating daily team activities and performance initiatives
Support strategic planning and operational execution
Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to improvement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills
Provide support in client-facing interactions and internal reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
