Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Service Account Assistant to support our service and account management teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting account operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining client service accounts

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
