Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our Baton Rouge team. This role is designed for individuals eager to build strong leadership capabilities while contributing to strategic projects, team coordination, and client-facing initiatives.
The Leadership Development Associate will participate in structured training, support operational planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational objectives. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement into supervisory and management-level roles.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership and management training programs
Support project coordination and assist in executing strategic initiatives
Analyze performance metrics and contribute to reporting processes
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency
Assist in planning and facilitating training sessions or workshops
Maintain professional communication with partners and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization
