Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build strong leadership capabilities while contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of high-level events and campaigns.
The Leadership Development Associate will participate in structured training, gain exposure to multiple operational departments, and work closely with senior leadership to develop management skills and strategic insight.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of event campaigns and operational initiatives
Support team leaders in daily workflow management and performance tracking
Participate in leadership training sessions and strategic planning meetings
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
Maintain high standards of client service and operational excellence
Contribute to team development initiatives and internal growth strategies
Oversee assigned projects and ensure timely completion
