Job Description
Park 6 Logistic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal operations teams. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring service accuracy, and supporting ongoing business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for clients and management
Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain strong professional relationships
Identify opportunities for account growth and service optimization
Maintain accurate documentation of communications, agreements, and updates
Support contract renewals and account reviews
