Job Description

As a Trainee Leader, you will undergo structured training while working closely with senior leadership to gain hands-on experience in team coordination, performance management, and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership and management training programs
Support daily operational activities and ensure performance standards are met
Assist in coordinating and motivating team members to achieve organizational goals
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to process improvements
