Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to expand our client portfolio and strengthen existing partnerships. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic outreach plans, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within targeted markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner
Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements
Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of client communications
Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
