Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and contribute to the continued expansion of our programs in Austin, TX. This role plays a key part in driving enrollment growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to enrollment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in managing client inquiries and enrollment processes

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and enrollments

  • Coordinate follow-ups with prospective students and partners

  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily sales operations

  • Assist in identifying new opportunities to expand client engagement
