We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of branded events and promotional activities. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while supporting the events team with logistics, coordination, and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events

  • Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and materials

  • Support on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

  • Maintain event documentation and reports

  • Provide exceptional support to ensure a positive attendee experience
