Job Description

We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and motivated to build strong client relationships while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The Client Account Representative will manage client communications, support account activities, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for assigned client accounts

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships

  • Understand client needs and ensure accurate follow-up

  • Coordinate internally to support client requests and objectives

  • Track account activity and maintain accurate records

  • Provide professional, timely communication and support

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement
