Job Description
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, workshops, and special programs
Support logistics such as scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and vendor communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goals
Help manage event timelines, checklists, and on-site support during events
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and post-event reports
Provide general administrative support related to event operations
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency with basic office tools and technology
