Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee daily operations and guide team performance within our Austin facility. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to team management. The Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining productivity, quality standards, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet operational goals

  • Coordinate daily tasks and ensure workflow efficiency
