Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee daily operations and guide team performance within our Austin facility. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to team management. The Team Leader will play a key role in maintaining productivity, quality standards, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet operational goals
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure workflow efficiency
Monitor performance metrics and assist in meeting productivity targets
Communicate clearly with management and team members
Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Assist with training and development of team members
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
