Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our Austin-based team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to build a solid foundation in account management and business consulting. The Junior Account Representative will support client accounts, assist with daily operations, and contribute to maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned client accounts and ensure a high level of service and communication

  • Assist in managing account documentation, reports, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met accurately and efficiently

  • Participate in meetings to understand client objectives and service expectations

  • Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and account performance
