Job Description
The Service Account Assistant works closely with account managers to support daily operations, manage client-related tasks, and help ensure service delivery aligns with company standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Assist account managers with day-to-day client support and coordination
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account updates
Communicate professionally with clients regarding service-related inquiries
Support internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Monitor timelines, follow up on pending items, and help resolve issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of account processes and workflows
