Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop strong client relationship skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow within a professional consulting environment. The Junior Account Representative will support account operations while ensuring excellent client communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Support senior account representatives with day-to-day account activities

  • Monitor account performance and help ensure client satisfaction

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and account updates as needed
