Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop strong client relationship skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow within a professional consulting environment. The Junior Account Representative will support account operations while ensuring excellent client communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Support senior account representatives with day-to-day account activities
Monitor account performance and help ensure client satisfaction
Prepare reports, documentation, and account updates as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records and organized account information
