Job Description

The Communications Assistant will support the development, coordination, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging, ensuring accurate information flow, and enhancing client and vendor communication throughout the event planning process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment where clarity and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing communication materials, including briefs, updates, and client correspondence.

  • Support communication efforts between internal departments to ensure aligned timelines, priorities, and project details.

  • Maintain and update communication logs, documentation, and scheduling records.

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients to gather information and ensure accurate delivery of event details.

  • Prepare written materials, reports, and summaries for project leads and management.

  • Ensure brand-consistent messaging across all communication channels.

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and event-related documentation.
