Job Description

The Junior Account Representative will support client relationship management, assist in coordinating service delivery, and contribute to the strategic development of client accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow within an established and reputable company. You will be trained to understand our services, manage client inquiries, prepare reports, and deliver high-quality support across several internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key support contact for assigned client accounts.

  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Monitor account performance, gather data, and help identify improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and account updates.

  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure they receive exceptional service from day one.

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Account Management team.
