Job Description
The Leadership Development Associate will support the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. This role involves working directly with internal teams and program participants to ensure a seamless learning experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to supporting initiatives that elevate team performance and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and implementing leadership training programs and workshops.
Collaborate with program managers to refine learning materials and ensure quality standards.
Support participant onboarding, communications, and program logistics.
Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and prepare reports for leadership teams.
Contribute to research on leadership trends, best practices, and professional development strategies.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure consistent program delivery.
