Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Representative to support and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Support clients with inquiries, project updates, and ongoing service needs.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all account information is up to date.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Monitor satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvements or additional services.
Assist in coordinating project timelines, documentation, and service requests.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
