We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will serve as a reliable and professional point of contact for our students and clients. This role involves providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries with clarity and confidence, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every individual who interacts with SkillBridge Academy. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities
Respond to student and client inquiries via email and phone in a clear, professional manner.
Assist individuals with course-related questions, enrollment processes, and general support needs.
Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups to ensure consistent support.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve more complex matters.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support workflows and service standards.
Qualifications
