Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Event Coordinator to support the planning, management, and execution of corporate and client-focused events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring every detail aligns with the vision of exceptional event delivery. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating logistics, communicating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring the event experience is seamless from preparation through completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and on-site operations.
Support the planning of conferences, meetings, corporate events, and client activities.
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and post-event reporting.
Prepare documentation, schedules, and organizational materials required for each event.
Ensure all event components meet quality standards and client expectations.
Provide on-site support during event setup, operations, and breakdown when needed.
